Technical Specifications of Turkish Cabin

* AS Cabin System is prepared by CTP polyester material and all the walls and roof panels are made by double sided plates with 3.5 cm thickness and 40 density of polyurethane injected foam.Thus we get sound-proof and thermo-proof systems.

* After contruction of the panels they are isolated by antibacterial silicon. Thus we get water-proof,rain-proof,snow-proof,dust-proof and sound-proof systems with hygienic result.

* Panels‘ inner and outer surfaces are strong against ultraviolet rays with + 60 ºC and cold weather with – 45 ºC .

* Frames of windows have been painted of electrostatic white paint and the material of frames is aluminium profile with 4 mm. thickness.

* The frames of doors are made of aluminium material and have locks and keys.

* The inner electrical wiring is ready to use with 16 A fuse,plug,switch, plug for phone and the light on the ceiling.

* The structure of floor is made of metal profile with 1.5 mm. thickness.Profile material is painted with anti-rust paint.To cover the floor a special material is used and the thickness of this material is 16 mm.

* Doors and windows can be optionally changed according to buyers‘ wishes.(Buyers must inform this before ordering)

* Buyers have to finish the following preperations after ordering ;

- Concrete ; 10 cm.hightness for floor

- Fixing the house onto the concrete

- External electrical wiring and water installation.

* Products are under warranty for 1 year
